Senator Cynthia Lummis Building a Pro Crypto Army

U.S. Senator Cynthia Lummis (R-WY) recently tweeted her intentions of building a pro-crypto army in the U.S. Congress.  With recent passage of the Financial Innovation and Technology for the 21st Century Act (FIT21), Senator Lummis also states, “The passage of FIT 21 proves there is strong, bipartisan support in Congress for creating a regulatory framework for the crypto industry.”

 

 

Sen. Lummis appears to be countering U.S. Senator Elizabeth Warren’s (D-MA) apparent “anti-crypto” army.  Sen. Warren is quite vocal in her dislike of Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies, often getting Community Noted on social media site X for misinformation.
